Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to the ROJAX website at rojaxsystem.com and the ROJAX hosted business operations platform (the "Service"). "ROJAX", "we" and "us" refer to the provider of the Service. "You" means the organization that subscribes to ROJAX and its authorized users.
1. Ordering and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller FastSpring. FastSpring is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. FastSpring provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns.
New organizations start with a free 14-day trial. The administrator chooses a plan and adds a payment method at sign-up; nothing is charged during the trial. When the trial ends, the chosen plan is charged automatically and renews monthly, unless it was cancelled before. ROJAX shows a reminder inside the workspace and by email from day 13. If the charge fails, the workspace becomes read-only after the grace period and its data is kept for 30 days.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in U.S. dollars and renew automatically on the same date each month until cancelled. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
2. Plans, users and changes
Each plan includes a number of users and set of modules described on the Pricing page. Additional users are billed at the plan's additional-user price. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to billing@rojaxsystem.com. Your workspace stays available until the end of the paid period and will not renew afterward. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your users and their credentials. You may not share accounts to avoid user limits, attempt to access other organizations' data, interfere with the Service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
5. Your data
You keep all rights to the data and files you put into ROJAX. We process them only to provide, secure and support the Service. You can request an export of your data at any time, including up to 30 days after cancellation.
6. ROJAX intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, workflows and brand belong to ROJAX. A subscription gives you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service for your organization's internal business. It does not transfer ownership of any part of ROJAX.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other party's non-public information with reasonable care and use it only for the purpose of the Service.
8. Service availability
We work to keep ROJAX available and secure, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may publish new versions of these Terms. When a new version takes effect, users may be asked to accept it before continuing. Earlier versions and acceptance records are kept.
