Refund Policy
Free trial
Every new company can try ROJAX free for 14 days. A card is saved at sign-up but nothing is charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged.
Subscription payments
Because you can try ROJAX for free first, subscription payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
Cancellation
When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Billing errors
If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same period, we will refund the incorrect charge.
How to request a refund
Write to billing@rojaxsystem.com with your company name and order number. Because FastSpring is our Merchant of Record, approved refunds are issued by FastSpring to your original payment method.
