ROJAX calculates and organizes payroll and invoices. It does not send money: payments to your team are made through your own bank or payment provider.
Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
You choose your plan and add a card when you sign up, but nothing is charged for 14 days. From day 13 ROJAX reminds you that the trial is ending. On day 15 the card is charged automatically for the plan you chose. You can change plan or cancel at any time before that.
Who processes my payment?
Orders are processed by our online reseller FastSpring, which is the Merchant of Record for all ROJAX orders. Your card statement and receipt come from FastSpring on behalf of ROJAX.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Your plan renews every month on the same date using the payment method on file. You get a receipt by email each time.
How do additional users work?
Each plan includes a number of users. If you add more, each extra user is billed at your plan's additional-user price from the next billing cycle.
Can I change plan or add users later?
Yes. Core and Growth always show an Upgrade button. When you reach the users included in your plan, you choose: upgrade to the next plan or add users at your plan's price per additional user.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your workspace stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it will not renew after that.

Does ROJAX pay my team for me?
No. ROJAX calculates pay from approved hours, generates contractor invoices and keeps the payment records. Your finance team sends the money through your own bank or payment provider and marks it as paid in ROJAX.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your company's data belongs to you. You can request an export at any time, including after you cancel.
